Terms & Conditions

• All tour bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 3 days before departure (unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy shown on the tour page). All cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@discoverytours.co.uk
• If Discovery Tours cancel your tour and / or tickets you will receive a full refund of monies paid.
• Discovery Tours reserve the right to amend the itinerary, departure times, or mode of transportation.
• Discovery Tours accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a maximum of the price you paid for purchasing your tour or ticket.
• Discovery Tours may require you to withdraw from any tour if we deem your conduct to be offensive or cause annoyance to other passengers. We shall have no further liability for your return.
• Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• By travelling with Discovery Tours you consent to having your photograph taken and possibly used in future promotional literature, or on our website. 
• Different terms and conditions may apply for group bookings of 7 or more passengers (please refer to your written quotation for amendments to standard terms and conditions).

Your information will only be disclosed/provided to third parties for the purposes of providing, arranging, administering and renewing insurance contract(s) and for the purposes of monitoring and/or enforcing compliance with insurance regulatory rules/codes.
